Parlux Warranties: If you have previously registered your warranty with us either online or by post, please let us know so that we can pull out your details prior to replying to your email. If you have not previously registered your warranty, please send a copy of your proof of purchase with the email, the four digit batch number and 8 digit serial number found on the hairdryer. Again, to speed up the process please send images with the email showing different angles of the product.
