If you have an issue with a product that is within it's warranty period, please contact us at returns@hairtools.co.uk with the following details:

  1. Copy of the receipt,
  2. Photos of the product,
  3. Details of the issue experienced.

Parlux Warranties: If you have previously registered your warranty with us either online or by post, please let us know so that we can pull out your details prior to replying to your email, and send photos of the hairdryer.

If you have not previously registered your warranty, please send:

  1. A copy of your receipt,
  2. Photos of the hairdryer (including rear filter & cable),
  3. The 4 digit batch number found near the top of the hairdryer handle,
  4. The 8 digit serial number found at the bottom of the hairdryer handle.

For non-warranty repairs in the UK, Hair Tools recommend Professional Hairdryer Services.
